Photographic Print Orders

Change of Mind – Prints
Each print is individualised, printed and created specifically to your order, hence by their nature, are not returnable or refundable should you change you mind.
Damaged Goods – Prints
However, if the order arrives with visible damage to the print, please document the damage with some photographs and then email them to me. Prints that arrive damaged will be remade to your original order and resent, at no cost to you.
Incorrect Print Received
If you receive an incorrect print compared to your original print order, the correct print order will be made and sent. We will arrange with you to have the incorrect order returned in its original condition and packaging, at no cost to you.
Workshops
Workshop Bookings and Cancellations
Workshops bookings are only confirmed with a receipt showing full payment.
You can cancel your workshop booking no less than 14 days before the workshop date and receive a full workshop fee refund, less the transaction processing fees.
Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice from the workshop start date will be refunded 50% of the workshop fee.
Workshop cancellations within 24 hours of the appointed workshop start time will not be refunded.
Workshop bookings can be made via direct deposit, PayDirect, or credit card with Stripe.
In the interests of participants and their families’ safety, you may be requested to perform a RATS test before attending. Non-compliance to RATS testing will result in the cancellation of your workshop booking and attendance.
Books
Change of Mind – Books
If you change your mind about a book purchase, you must return it in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please email me of your decision prior to sending. Postage plus insurance for the book’s return will be at your cost. A full refund of the purchase price, less any transaction fees, will be issued upon safe receipt of the book.
Damaged Goods – Books
If your book arrives damaged, please document the damage with some photographs and then email them to me. A new book will be resent to you at no cost.
Incorrect Book Received
If you receive an incorrect book order, we will arrange with you to have the book returned in its original condition and packaging at no cost to you. We will also ship the correct book order at no cost to you.
