Change of Mind
Colour prints are customised specifically to your order and hence by their nature, are not returnable or refundable should you change your mind.
If you change your mind about a book purchase, you must return it in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please email me of your decision before sending it. Postage plus insurance for the book’s return will be at your cost. A full refund of the purchase price, less any transaction fees, will be issued upon safe receipt of the book.
Damaged Goods
Prints are carefully rolled and sent in customised shipping packaging, fully insured, to avoid loss and damage. If an order arrives with visible damage to the print, please photograph any print and packaging damage and email them to me. Prints that arrive damaged will be remade to your original order and resent, at no cost to you.
If a book arrives damaged, please email images showing the damage and I will resend you a new copy at no expense.
Workshop Booking Confirmation
Workshop bookings are only confirmed with a receipt showing full payment.
You may be requested to perform a Covid 19 RATS test before attending. Non-compliance to RATS testing will result in the cancellation of your workshop booking and attendance.
Workshop Refunds
Workshop bookings can be made via direct deposit. You can cancel your workshop booking no less than 14 days before the workshop date and receive a full workshop fee refund, less any transaction processing fees.
Cancellations with less than 14 days notice from the workshop start date will be refunded 50% of the workshop fee.
Workshop cancellations within 24 hours of the appointed workshop start time will not be refunded.
Import Duties and Taxes for Orders Outside Australia
Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price.
