EK02 - Echinda Chasm in the Bungle Bungles, East Kimberley, commences with a wide and flat creek bed which soon narrows between chasm walls as it goes deeper into the massif. High up the sun hits the outer lips of the chasm walls, throwing reflected light on the opposite wall, bouncing light further down into the chasm's depths. Eventually the chasm terminates at a narrow point only a few feet wide, the walls become so narrow only a faint crack of overhead light is admitted deep into the chasm.
